Yummy Ice Cream!

Especially, when it comes in an ice cream cone made by Daddy. Mitch got a waffle cone maker from his Grandma for his birthday, which we think was more for Clare than him.

Clare's infamous cheesy grin.
Showing Daddy her yummy cone and saying, "Yummeeeeeeeee."

Enough pictures let me eat my cone.

Just Like Dad!

One Sunday as we were getting ready for church we look over at Clare and this is what she was doing. Mitch asked her and she said, "Reading paper, like dad!"

Her cheesy smile.

Happy Birthday Dad!

We celebrated Mitch's 29th birthday with his Mom and Step-Dad who came for the weekend. The girls and I also suprised him at work with treats for his class. We had a great time and even got to go swimming at the hotel where Grandma was staying.

Clare loves the water and loves to be thrown up.
She loves going under the water.

Here she is saying, "More, more."
Learning to kick, I think she will definitely enjoy swim lessons this summer.

Sisterly Love

First, let me start by saying I never thought I would be that Mom who put their kids in the same outfits but let me tell you now that I have to adorable little girls I can't resist.

The start of the photoshoot.....
Leah starting to slump over.....

Timber all the way.... Clare was determined not to touch her.

Clare agreed to hold her for awhile....

Leah still enjoying it.....
Leah starting to not like it..... But Clare won't let go now.

Leah 3 Months

Leah is sleeping through the night and often times will sleep 10-12 hours straight if we let her. She loves sleeping in her crib. She is getting better about taking a bottle but still prefers eating from Mom. She smiles all the time and enjoys watching Clare play. She loves to hum especially when eating. Leah has also learned to blow bubbles and loves to make sounds with her lips. We noticed that when whe gets really tired she makes motor boat sounds with her mouth. She loves sucking on her hands and plays with her tongue constantly.

Leah 3 months old.

Cleaning

How do you clean with two kids under 2?
  • Wait until the 22 month old is napping.
  • Put the 2 month old in the front pack.
This is a common scene in our household when we are trying to clean.
Leah is used to it she just falls asleep.
